INTUITO auto digit
INTUITO's intelligent digitising system transforms the paper pattern automatically into a digital 2D or 3D model. Working with INTUITO, you are not only able to digitise all types of contours and internal parts, but it also enables you to grade the models as well as to ascribe piece attributes and further information needed.
*feature: the original photo of your paper pattern remains underlaid, so that you are able to undertake changes without losing your initial pattern and your handwritten notes on it.
Integrated QR-code scanner

Entering your key data concerning the patterns into the system, a QR-code will be compiled and printed. While scanning the pattern with the attached QR-code, all models get codified and contain automatically the information needed.

The INTUITO nesting programme places the patterns automatically in the most efficient way on the panel to gain the best exploitation possible of the textile. Thanks to the fully automated operating and an accurate calculation, the INTUITO nesting system simplifies the entire workflow and saves labor time as well as production costs, reducing primarily the waste and so contributing to environment preservation.

INTUITO fit pro is an application, which enables you to customise models automatically by entering individual body measurements. It renders your workflow simpler and faster: importing data from popular file formats such as word, exel, ascii, etc., the new sized patterns are created automatically and ready- made for the nesting process. Thanks to INTUITO fit pro you also gain more flexibility in your operating – data can be inserted online with the possibility to create models made to measure from almost everywhere accessing to an internet connection and creating hereby a network.
